Hi, The OR has no interest in the hp car I have, but the car has to go due to the BR clause in the agreement, however, a relative is allowing us a car through them, which is also on an hp agreement. we paid £132 a month for our original car, but my question is will the OR allow me to have this car, which is not registered in my name.
I still have to pay a monthly fee of £140 to my relative is this allowed?
Do I also need to inform my OR of the details?
Regards Mick063

The OR will not stop you useing the car but will not allow the £140pm as an expense in determining your IPA. If you have sufficient income after an IPA amount has been determined you can use it in any way you want
