Hi, The OR has no interest in the hp car I have, but the car has to go due to the BR clause in the agreement, however, a relative is allowing us a car through them, which is also on an hp agreement. we paid £132 a month for our original car, but my question is will the OR allow me to have this car, which is not registered in my name. I still have to pay a monthly fee of £140 to my relative is this allowed? Do I also need to inform my OR of the details? Regards Mick063
The OR will not stop you useing the car but will not allow the £140pm as an expense in determining your IPA. If you have sufficient income after an IPA amount has been determined you can use it in any way you want
will the OR allow me to have this car ?
