Posted - 16 August 2009 : 14:44:48 The Insolvency Register will tell you if they are currently BR or have been discharged within the last 3 months - http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/.
You can also search the London Gazette (http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/) as people who have been declared BR will be listed on there forever.
