Posted - 24 August 2009 : 21:15:40 Legally, the OR has to give creditors 28 days (plus 7 leeway for post, so 35) to send back any objections. Then it goes to court to get stamped. OR told me 6 weeks minimum.

Posted - 24 August 2009 : 18:31:59 Hi
Usually its 8 weeks afterwards, the creditors are given 6 weeks to reply to the OR regarding whether they agree or not to your ED (its unusual that they dont agree) and then the OR needs time to complete the report and file it with the courts.
Best of luck
