That is something you need to sort out with DWP and other agencies.

Perhaps give CAB a ring so they can assist you.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time

if you have a change of circumstances during the bankruptcy it will be reassessed

my husband is self employed at the moment and so will loose his income as we will loose the business so for a time it would be benefits. when he has got a job would it be looked at again??

Child benefit is no longer discounted, but the more important point for the poster is that if all the income is from benefits then no Surplus IPA will be sought

Child and working tax credit are counted but child benefit is disregarded

we have housing benefit, child tax credit, working tax credit and child benefit??

It depends on the benefits, things such as Incapacity Benefits, Disability Living Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance are counted whereas Jobseekers allowance isnt.
