Posted - 20 November 2009 : 09:19:15 Would Bankruptcy adversley affect an application for Indefinite leave to remain in UK, (NOT CITIZENSHIP) and can outstanding CCJ's be included in the Bankruptcy??

Posted - 20 November 2009 : 17:19:04 CCJs for debts are included and wiped in BR as long as it is not for CSA payments, fines, TV licence arrears or student loans

Posted - 20 November 2009 : 11:15:50 I am not too sure about the Indefinite Leave but I would say that it shouldn't affect the application as declaring BR is not a crime.
I think outstanding CCJ's can be included but it may depend what they were for.
