The following aren't allowable expenses so will need to come out of any DI:

utility breaks or car 50
cigs 46
going out 40

These are counted as the same thing so you can only put one down:

domestic breaks 30
holidays 50

dogs food and hair 60 - Pet food is normally allowed as £20.

What about Road Tax? Road Tax should be about £15 per month depending upon the car. You should also put Car Servicing/MoT as £25 per month.

Put down Domestic Break as £50. Not all ORs allow this so it may be reduced or not allowed at all.

You can combine the mobile/telephone and should be allowed £40.

You can try putting £40 for them and see if the OR allows it. It doesn't do any harm to put the figures down and see if the OR allows them.

You need to put all debts on your BR form so the car creditors should be listed as well. Do you have a loan secured on the car?

you can try and put the £40 down for pets but be prepared for it to be cut, the maximum allowance for pets is £21 no matter how many you have

I have 2 cats and was only allowed £21 even though this is the amount of their insurance, we had to buy food and litter from any surplus

The council tax arrears can be included in the BR so make sure you put the Council down as a creditor and the amount you owe to them.
