hi i recently went bankrupt and today met the official reciever, my forms were assesed and it went ok however i have an ongoing injury claim because of a serious injury at work the or said that the claim would be seized and that any money would go to the debt, the problem is that the money was to go for my rehabilitation and any future care i may need and to support me if i need to quit work for that reason is there anything i can do to fight to protect that claim?

Personal injury compensation will not be claimed by the OR but money paid for loss of earnings will be.

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman)
RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
