In the SOA if what I actually pay for something is less than what is allowed for should I put the allowed amount so as to have some spare money for other items eg broadband? Does the OR want proof of what I am paying for each facility or item?

You should always put what you actualy use, There is no such thing as an allowance, only guidance for the Official Receiver

I agree with Debtinfo, you must put down what you actually spend as the OR is entitled to ask for proof of expenditure if they have any doubts.
