had valuation jan 2010 going br july 2010 will the valuations be ok 3 valuations

You will probably be asked to get newer ones during the bankruptcy as the property value will have changed over 6-12 months

i agree with debt info that you will need newer valuations but the OR probably wont want them until about three months into bankruptcy.

so do not race out to get newer valuations yet

Hi and welcome,

The advice given is sound.

You will need to get some valuations from local estate agents for the OR.

I suggest a local independent estate agent that will show you a realistic valuation for a "quick sale". Do not tell them you are BR - say you are thinking of relocating for work.

You will not need this for a few months - (probably three months after the BO).

The market is changing quite fast in some areas (upwards). Post back if you need some more advice, Richard
