would it be better to go BR before or after i hand my keys back to my mortgage lender.Im going to be living with my parents after BR and im worried that my expenditure will reduce by a large amount, so the OR will place an ipo on my wages.
welcome to the forum the timing of handing your keys back is only one of the things to consider in BR i would suggest that you contact one of the forum professional experts (links on the left of the page) they will be able to advise you better with a little bit more information
