IPA..... I have 6 weeks to go until automatic discharge, the OR hasn't contacted me regarding an IPA, my last income / expenditure form was filled out about 4 months ago.... is this good or bad news?

is it true that after your essential living costs the OR allows you the first £100 of any excess money and any IPA is calculated on the rest of any available money?

not quite, it is not worth to collect less than £50pm, costs more in admin and as they start at 50% of your surplus then if the surplus is below £100pm it is not worth them collecting it. but if say you have £120pm surplus they will collect 50%, £60pm
