Have you made any contribution to the house, deposit, improvements, contribution towards mortgage or bills, is there any equity in it, how long have you lived together, were you ever on the deeds/mortgage

Hi Andy

it is very unlikely but you need to present you petition correctly to reflect the situation.

If you have not done so already make contact with one of the experts to the left, they will help to make certain the petition is presented in teh right way.

if your name is on the deeds then you have a legal interest inthe property ie. 50% if there are 2 of you on the deeds, normally regardless of whether you have contributed towards it.
