we have the chance of early discharge but was also wondering if child benefit is included in income..
me and my wife went bankrupt and only myself works. and my wife receives child benefit and tax credits.

welcome to the forum
your wife would not receive an IPA if only in receipt of benefits
if your DI is over £100 you could receive an IPA
ED is a seperate matter from whether you are eligible or get an IPA if an IPA is not done before discharge you are OK
CB and other benefits are classed as income but the expenditure for the child should cancel it out

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman)
RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
