If I have an IPA lasting for three years, and after discharge from bankruptcy I earn overtime therefore increasing my monthly income, can the OR increase my monthly payments due to the increase in my wages? The OR is taking the current payments directly from wages.

Hi Sharon

you must inform the OR of any increase in income.

If it is regular overtime they will ,def recalculate your IPA.

Adhoc overtime appears confusing from area to area with some OR not wishing to collect the small amount of overtime.

with regular O/T it may be appropriate to recalculate your income and expenditure

regards Richard
