My wife took the plunge and petitioned her BR today. She has been given the Order and is worried about how things might pan out. Its not criminal, is it? She has nothing to feel ashamed about does she?

Hi Pix1,

Debt is a civil matter and not a criminal offence (unless fraud has been committed). As far as feeling ashamed is concerned, she's in great company so shouldn't worry!
