Hi
My Attachment of earning first payment is due .I know itis overridden by BR, but do I have to apply seperatley for that to the court,or itis done automatically through my OR?

Part of the money included in my debt is an overpaid wages, including
NI+pension contribution+tax paid to the inland revenue.what will happen with the money ,is it me who should chase ,or my creditor could by law given access to their money?
Will my creditors be informed immediately about my BR same day?
Abd

Hi Abd,

You should enter the attachment of earnings details into the relevant section on the SOA this way the trustee will deal with this.

If you have then give the Trustee/OR a call with the details and they will sort this.
