hi ive been in a protected trust deed for over a year now, but the last few months i havent been able to pay this as i have got myself in nearly £3000 of unsecured debt and im robbing peter to pay paul and im at the stage no one is being paid as im off work with stress and depression through the collapse of my marriage and losing my car amongst other things, i have recieved a letter from my trust deed telling me that they will release my from my trust deed but can not discharge me from my debts and that i should seek finanacial advice. is it possible for me to go bankrupt and if so how do i do it? i except that this is my only choice as ive been in a debt management plan and also a trust deed and both have failed

Hi Mark

welcome to the forum

I do not know enough about the legal side of a trust deed to help you, i would suggest speaking to Paul@reviva (one of the experts to the left)

if your debts are under 15K, you may qualify for a debt relief order (did not know if typo on your orginal thread).
good luck

regards Richard
