My household income is £1200 per month, after payout I have £240 odd. Do you think I will need to make monthly payments, if so how much roughly??? Thank you Gareth
As far as I am aware, any disposable income over £99 has to be declared and the OR may take a percentage of this, anywhere from 50%-75%. I pay £241 per month out of my disposable income and this was set at 66%. If you have £240 disposable income and they take the max of 70% then you would pay an IPA of £168. The larger the amount of disposable income, the higher the percentage. As yours is not that great I would imagine you would be nearer the 50% mark, or though I can't be sure.
