| hello,went BR last august ,got ED in feb,ran a leased pub ,and bought CCTV AND tills through BANK OF SCOTLAND ,WHEN LEAVING LEFT TILLS AND CCTV IN PUB ,WITH NEW PEOPLE AGREEING TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS ,FOUND OUT THEY HAD BEEN REMOVED WITHIN A COUPLE OF MONTHS ,NOW GOT FIRM ACTING FOR BANK CALLING AT HOUSE ,EXPLAINED THAT EQUIPMENT WAS DOWN IN PUB CO,S AUDIT WHEN WE LEFT BUT AGREEMENT IN MY NAME .WHAT HAPPENS NEXT -LOST EVERYTHING INCLUDING HOUSE AND WORKING PART TIME SO NO SPARE MONEY-THANKS |

Assuming you owed the money to BoS prior to going bankrupt they are a creditor in your bankruptcy.
Refer them to the OR - giving them your Court reference, and/or send any paperwork you get from them to the OR

thanks ,told lady all BR details,and included debt in BR ,but seems with agreement in my name ,they are now chasing me because equipment not returned.
