I have a question which I need some advice on am filing bankruptcy soon which is costing me £600 now my wife needs to file but she has No income except family tax credits but she cant save the £600 can she wait till she gets CCJ then shows she has no income what can happen in worse case none of hers are joint debts. Any advice be greatfull as its making her very stressed

Has your wife spoken to the CAB as they may be able to provide some information regarding the fees? Otherwise it is just a case of waiting for a creditor to declare you BR, which very rarely happens or just saving as much as you can each month.
