Hello,

I have seen many topics about people saving for their BR fees and just thought I would mention that perhaps if you have insurance with Legal Protection, some policies cover the BR fees.

My husband was mugged whilst on a stag do in Tenerife at the start of the year and I dug out my Insurance Policy and read that I also had legal cover on the policy. Whilst reading through I saw Bankruptcy mentioned and so I rang them. They asked me to send in a copy of my petition which I duly completed and sent in and they paid the £600 direct to the Court for me.

Just wanted to urge people to check their policies just in case they find they are also lucky enough to be covered for this.

Next Tuesday is my big day!!! V. nervous.

Michelle

OMG so worried and not sleeping.
