I am about £22k in debt, I am in full time work and earn £22k per year, I do not own anything of value.. I have been keeping up with my repayments, but only by living off my credit card!
Do I qualify for bankruptcy?

Hi

You may well do - I suggest that you seek some initial advice from say, the CAB or CCCS to see.

If your net income is less than your expenditure, then you are probably insolvent - the debt you refer to is not that large - there may be some alternatives for you to consider.

Do not rush things...
