Hi, I had my interview with the Official receiver. I think it went well. At the end of the interview I was told I would automatically be discharged after 12 months (but probably before then. I was told my case would be passed to the case officer now.
Does that mean that I will have no more contact from the Official receiver and I have to do nothing else unless my circumstances change? and I will hear from the official receiver in 9-12 Months to say I am discharged or do I hear nother and take it that after 12 Months I am discharged... sorry for the confusing questions... just want to get this all clear in my mind.
I would really appreciate some advice as I am still worrying over all of this...
Thanks again and hope to get some info.

Hi

If you are now BR and your interview is over with the OR, you may not hear another thing - equally, depending on the complexity, you may have a face to face interview - depends on a range of matters - how you got into debt - did you gamble for example? If so, more questions may be likely.

Whatever you do - DO NOT worry!! You will be fine I am sure - keep your head down, wait and see if you are contacted again - if your case is simple, you probably will hear nothing else.

Post again, if you have questions, Richard
