 could i be considered for bankruptcy?

hi im currently £5000 in debt and i cant sell my house because ive got negative equity in my property of £10000 i only earn £250 a week and have just had a baby so i am going deeper and deeper in debt, could i be considered for bankruptcy?

Hi

I would suggest that visit to the local CAB would be the best way forward or a call to CCCS - all of which is free.

What you describe does not sound very serious - although I am sure it is worrying for you.

There is free assistance and you will, I am sure from what you have described, be able to avoid BR
