Hi Anna

my interprettation is should you elect to declare yourself bankrupt the OR will take over running your estate

they will review the court case for the machine and decide your % chance of winning the court case, if likely to loose or uncertain of out come they will withdraw on your behalf.

chance of winning they will pursue but keep all of the money to pay their expenses and your creditors.

Anna, i would take guidance from one of the experts (column to the left) I would speak to Paul at Reviva to see if you can buy more time from your creditors and then put BR back until after the court case.. ( I think that you may qualify for the Reviva plan not certain but ask)
