Hi I need some advice, I went BR last Feb everything was fine, OR is in Newcastle Under Lyme I paid my monthly payments to a solicitor. Last Sept my income dropped considerably so I contacted OR filled out the new income and expense forms sent them off, round about the same time i received a letter of early discharge from the OR. I did not hear anything from OR so rang them up, they verbaly told me to suspend payments until they could look at the figures (which they said they had not received so I faxed copies over to them). Since that telephone conversation which would have been Oct 09 I have heard nothing from them since, i have tried ringing but i just dont get an answer or i get told the person i need to speak to is at lunch but nobdy rings me back. The solictor that i was paying the monthly payments to has written to me saying they want the payments reinstated as from 5th Aug and to send copies of what i sent to the OR to them. What i want to know is what do i do now, should i send the information to the solicitor (why do i pay the solicitor and not the OR) or try the OR again and can you tell me what the early discharge means.

Sorry you have probably been asked this stuff time and time again so i apologise for being boring.

Many Thanks

You should be sending the stuff to the solicitor, they have the contract to look at it first (i presume you are talking about moonbeever)
