As a married couple we are really struggling with our dept we have thought long and hard bankruptcy seems the way we should go.. Do we have to file sepratly and would that me that we filling in the forms I would have to put down just my wage, the dets in my name ect and then my husband does the same or do I put both our wages in and all of the dets I am a little confussed?

Yes you do file seperetly, have you looked at the forms yet, they are quite clear, you put down any debt that you as an individual are liable for. section 6 tells you what incomes to put down and section 7 you put the full household outgings ( rent utilities etc) plus ant personal outgoings
