Hi. This is my first post and I know next to nothing about BR. I am investigating an IVA at present and am hoping to enter one but just want to explore all my options first. My OH and I have large level of unsecured debt which we can no longer keep up payments on despite both being in well paid jobs. We are in slight negative equity with our home. My main concern in all of this, is keeping our home for various reasons so whatever solution we choose to try will be with that goal in mind. My main question at the moment is I am wondering how BR differs in Northern Ireland? I have read/heard from somewhere that it is slightly different from England. Can anyone also advise as to how likely we would be to lose our home? TIA
