I split from my wife 10years ago and divorced her 5 years ago, she was in debt of around £30000. She doesn`t work and gets benefits of around £700.00 per month. I have a court order to pay her £800.00 per month this is for her maintaince as there are no children below the ages of 23.Would the bankruptcy court take my £800.00 into consideration when making her bankrupt or would it be done on her benefits only.
