Thanks...it went very well. In at 10am....out at 11.45. The office staff were very nice and helpful...didn’t even have to see the Judge!! Just waiting for the OR to call now. PS The guy in front of me had his solicitor with him...they made three mistakes on the BR forms.....I went alone and only made one mistake..thanks to all the help I’ve had on this site.
I had my telephone interview today with the OR. It went very well and although I had nerves about it the OR dealt with me in a fair manner. My car has been excluded from the BR..its too old and I need it for work.....they knew how old it was despite a private plate. I think it helped a little the fact I’d tried an IVA for over a year before going BR...and all being well I may be considered for an ED.I don’t earn that much at the moment ….an IPA was not mentioned....but she (the OR) did say that they would ask me to complete an income/outgoing statement before discharge. All in all a good day !
