If I declare myself bankrupt, how will this affect my husband. We do not joinly own anything and we rent a house, and we do not have any joint bank accounts
Do you have any joint debts i.e. loans, credit cards, etc.? If so then these will revert to be solely his debts when you declare BR. If not then it shouldn't really affect him at all.
