Hi again,

I have a case management review this week for my employment tribunal. As it is regarding disability discrimination and unfair dismissal due to this discrimination, the OR hasn't told me to drop it.

I have just one question... I am sure I have a good case and should NOT be liable for their costs should I lose. However, if I do lose (I am representing myself), can they make me pay their costs given that I am BR?

Many thanks for all your help with everything so far, you have all been amazing!

E
