Hello,

Well, my petition for BR goes ahead soon. But I need a little help with form filling, if possible:

"Section 8 - current property"

I live currently at my wife's mum's house. I don't actually own or rent any property at the moment, and payment is not 'rent' as such. So I think I need to leave this whole section blank?('NONE')

10.1 - "Give the names and ages of all occupants of your household and state which, if any, are dependent on you."

I know there are different ways to infer 'household' in different form-filling situations. For BR and this form, do I have to list *all* people living in the house - including my wife's mum - or is it just required to list my wife and my son?

Thanks for any assistance.
Ajay

When I have this issue the court staff always insist everybody who resides in the house is put down whether they are dependant on you or not. Others may have different experiences.
Frankly it makes no difference, so put m-i-l in.
