I bought a car from a relative some 8 months ago. He has recently been declared bankrupt. He informs me that the car could be taken from me. How is this the case, I bought and paid for the car, if it's taken I would be left with out a vehicle and the money I paid for it! Is this true and where's the protection of my rights?
