Official receiver in my husbands banktruptcy a
Has got a court order to sell the house as they believe he has a beneficial interest I own the house and have 5 kids. Can I appeal this?

Official receiver or private trustee

Anyone can appeal to a higher court as long as you have a valid case, without knowing the details or the point of law you think has been incorrectly applied it is difficult to say if you have
