I went bankrupt in october 2010 and then orderd to pay £30 a month for 3 years, should I have been automatically discharged after a year as I have heard nothing

Hi and welcome to the forum.

If you receive automatic discharge you don't hear anything from the OR. Check the insolvency register to see if you are still on there. The entry stays on the register for 3 months from the date of discharge so depending on the date in October you may still be on there. If you are it should say discharged, and print off a couple of copies of the entry as proof of discharge.
