I believe my debts have spirraled out of control, im getting hassle regarding payments, and im starting to suffer stress and depression. im on medication for depression re another family matter, but now financial issues are causing this to worsen. I get an average wage through retail each month, with occasional extras in bonuses. Outgoings are average due to everyday trwvel etc. I am also possibly due to recieve a shares bonus via my company approx august time. Should i declare bankrupt would this be affected or used into the bankruptcy? I need some help and adivce on best action to take. Unsure of my options.

i cant say if you should go bankrupt, have you spoke to any of the debt charities, such as CAB, CCCS or national debtline.

If you have any specific bankruptcy quetions i can answer those

Hi and welcome.

I would seek advice from a professional. Visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring for some free advice as to all the options open to you.

Hi Daniel,

As the other posters have said, please speak to someone to go through your situation and have all your options explained.

Bankruptcy may be the best option, but there may be other options too.

The experts listed on here deal with all debt solutions so please contact one for a chat, or visit the CAB.
