I have been asked to make an income payment agreement of £420 a month for 3 years. I don't know how I will manage this. Is it possible to appeal. I live in Scotland
I don't know the rules in Scotland, if they are the same as England and Wales, then you can tell the OR that you don't agree and put your case to a judge for the final decision.
