I recently had some money left to me and with it I paid up three of my credit cards leaving a fourth which I cannot pay. I did this thinking that one would be easier to deal with than four, for examle, I didn't see the sense in paying a little to each and still having 4 outstanding. I have since been told that if I wish to go bankrupt this purely innocent decision on my part could lead to a fraud prosecution. Is this information correct?
