I am in an IVA, but still getting letters from creditors although I have paid all of the creditors off but one. The IVA company have advised me that I have more that one outstanding but this is incorrect as I have paid the others. I would like to come out of the IVA as i have the money to pay it off but they are quoting me what I think is too much.
Not sure I understand your post. If you are in an IVA then your creditors will be paid pro rata until the end of the term. You will not have paid off some and not others.
If you wish to do a full and final then you need to speak to your IP and offer as close to the original dividend as possible, stating where the money is ocming from and that it is only available for this purpose.
How long have you been in the IVA, which company is it with?
You will always be liable for the full amount of your debt until the IVA is completed.
