A debt of 2000,which was in connection with the Halifax on a current account.Equi Debit Ltd advised that the amount was for £334.83 but for a quick settlement they would take £117.19. When they ontacted me about this was in April 2001. Does I still have to pay seeing as it is over a ten year period. over 10 years ago ?
Do I have to pay a debt from over 10 years ago ?
