Hi All
Daughter was made bankrupt today.
Thought anyone in Cardiff might want to know you do not swear in front of a judge anymore and fee must be paid in cash (no one told us this). But staff are very helpful and considerate.
Can anyone give anymore info on notice of disassociation, Equifax say I must have recent credit report to complete one, is this just a catch to make me pay for their service?

That's very useful for me as I am based in Cardiff. Many thanks for the information. All OR offices now insist on cash payments and have done for some time.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

If you need a copy of your credit report you can order one from Equifax by sending a cheque for £2. There is no need to sign up to anything online!

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
