I had arranged to pay £30.00 a month for the next 6 months (contract runs out in 3 months) as was in arrears . I didnt put this debt on my SOA and was declared BR on Tuesday. Will i need to stop paying this as on my quick phone interview with the clerk from OR office he told me not to make ANY payments to creditors.
Also my partner is not arrears but does have a large bill due to be paid ? If the OR is going to make him get a PAYG mobile is it worth him payin ghis contract bill?
Sorry for the questions but dont want to pay something that would be seen bad to the OR
I forgot to add my mobile phone contract in my SOA , phoned the OR (I'd already had my interview with him) and he said that It could be added to my creditors.I put it in writing to him.Im happy to go PAYG as I'll top up when I need to with no long term contract around my neck.
