Hi if anyones about today could I get some advice.
I got a USB mobile broadband (24 mnt Contract)from Vodafone at the beginning of April.I was declared BR start this month.
Due to direct debit problems nothing has been paid to Vodafone Yet.
I phoned Vodafone today and arranged to pay arrears on the account £40ish on Monday but also told them of my Bankruptcy.
The said I could keep the contract running but if I slip behind again they will send the account direct to collections department.
Because of this I thought stick them and I'll give the USB stick back to them and add them to my list of creditors with the OR.
Would this affect my case with the OR as Ive made no payment on the account??

If it is a debt which is due prior to your bankruptcy then it can be legitimately included - but if you need this ongoing service I would be included to stick with them rather than stick them as you may not get a similar service elsewhere after you have been declared bankrupt.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
