I have not posted for a while and would be grateful for some help. To be brief, I petitioned for my own bankcuptcy in 2007, complied with the OR, made regular payments which after a few months were to increase. I was disputing as they were very high and could not afford the payments. I subsequently lost my job, informed the OR and 10 months later found a job which meant I had to relocate. I informed the OR of this...change of address etc, and heard nothing from them. I have noticed that my BR has been suspended indefinately and after telephoning them requesting an explanation and when this was to end, they informed me that my paperwork has been archived and they would get back to me. To date they have not done so and I have now noticed on my payslip that I am on an NT tax code. As I have relocated, can I apply to another OR office which is nearer to me to try and sort this out. Any assistance would be great. Thank you.

Hi,

I've no idea on this one I'm afraid - hopefully Viki will be along to advise.

Hi,

Contact your original OR and ask them if a nearer one can deal with you, but you should just be able to deal with everything over the phone.

Try and contact them asap so you can sort everything out.
