 Can we be asked still to pay in after bankruptcy is completed ?

hi have not been on forum for some time. bankruptcy ends in two months, today recieved letter updating our financial situation. husband has been paying normal tax for last year and nothing to the or as declared not sufficiant fund after normal accounts paid. this has not changed if anything only just making ends meet. can we be asked still to pay in after bankruptcy is completed, i am unenployed and husband commimg upto retirement age.apart from this all went well and wish we had done this sooner than wait till we are both retiring.thanks for all previouse help.

Hi,

Are you discharged yet? If so and you have no IPA in place then you should be ok.

Hi Pam,

The OR has until you are dicharged to set up an IPA, but if nothing has changed in your circumstances, then you won't get one.
