i only owe £8200 pounds will i still have to sell my house or could i make monthly payments from my wage

Hi Mark,

Are you being made bankrupt by a creditor?

If not, and you were just considering bankruptcy, then please speak to an expert as there maybe other options for.

Hi and welcome to the forum

Is this your only debt? Can you make arrangements with your creditors?

As Viki says, speak to an expert for some free advice.
