Hi

One of the experts will be along shortly to answer your question, but I believe this is possible (assuming all visas are in place)....I too am having to declare bankruptcy next week, and am moving out of the country at the end of Aug. As far as I understand it as long as you are upfront with the OR and let them know of any wage changes, then you should be fine.

But like I say not an expert....just someone who has had to face that they have to start again from scratch and have been lucky enough to be offered a position overseas!!!

You will need to check that out with the Canadian High Commission, but I would not have thought this would stop your plans.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
