i went bankrupt in november last year 2007,so im still undischarged. i just had early discharge letter come through the post asking me to fill in the questionaire! it asks for current job details and for personnel department. my question is i left my old job to go to a new one, which fell through last minute, and now im currently temping so what do i tell my reciever?

No reason why you don't tell him exactly that . absolutely nothing wrong with that and nothng to worry about.

Incidentally the letter probably isn't an early discharge letter but is a review of your income and expenses and from this they will review whether to consider discharging you early
